Eating is one of my favorite exercises. Did you know that you could eat celery all day and and not gain a calorie? When I took on this challenge of using technique and technology to track my calorie burn and journal my food consumption, I refused to eat like a rodent and starve myself, I wanted to eat to lose weight. That is what I achieved, but having said “you can eat anything” you will soon discover that there are certain foods that just aren’t worth it – you’d have to exercise all day to burn them off. There are two main variables that can effect your weight; your exercise (calories out) and your food consumption (calories in).
